Yes, go into Exposeeeee System Preferences and set a Sleep Corner.

I use the bottom-right to Sleep NOW, and the bottom-left to DON'T-Sleep.

Yeah, just click on the apple in the upper-left corner and choose "Sleep." Simple enough!
