How to record podcast?

I am at a loss as to how to record my voice for a podcast. I have tried using Quicktime Player but i do not have the Pro version.. i have a built in microphone but can anyone suggest a way to record? thanks!!
 
Garageband would be best for a small show, IMO. If you don't have iLife, Quicktime Pro would work, but you'd be missing out.
 
Check out Ubercaster if you really want to get into podcasting. It's an all in one program that will do probably most of what you want. I don't believe it does video but if you're just doing audio it'd be more than enough.
