How to repair the Apple Apache?

How can i repair the Apple Apache?
After compiling PHP and some other test the Apple Websharing don't start anymore...

Perhaps installing OS X new over the existing installation?
OS X 10.1.3
 
There's a documented bug in OS X 10.1.2 and 10.1.3 that breaks Apache. I know there's a simple solution, but I forget where to find it -- can anyone enlighten us?
