How to resize windows for external drive

OSX.4.11, mac mini desktop ppc.

I have an IOMEGA USB2 external storage drive.
When the window opens on my desktop, the lower frame runs off the screen.
There is no standard Mac resize zoombutton provide on the IOMEGA window.
Iomega ignores my request for a solution.
HOW DO I RESIZE THE WINDOW ?
Any tips are appreciated.
