How to save an image enlarged?

I'd like to enlarge an image to fit a web page. But I can't find any simple free soft. to do so. Does anyone know how I could do it?

Give GraphicConverter a go. Not sure if it can resize images, but try it out anyway.

ToyViewer is Free and should do what you need. You can read about it's feature set in the online manual here and I have a page on my site about an earlier version here. And this image should give you an idea of some of the tools that ToyViewer provides.
