How to set Mail.app as default mail handler?

I'm sure I saw it somewhere but i just can't find it!

I need to set Mail.app to be the default mail handler, since Outlook X took over that, I'd like to revert but can't find that anywhere.

go to system prefs, then click Internet, then click Email and the first thing you see, should be it.

Don't I feel silly; I new it should have been somewhere around there, but I wasted my time rootlin through plists
