How to upgrade osx 10.2.8 to 10.3 ??

You've got to buy the retail version of Mac OS X 10.3, "Panther". There is no free upgrade from 10.2.8 to 10.3. Panther is not sold by Apple anymore, but you might find copies on eBay or other sources. Just make sure you get the retail version, not one that was sold with a computer. First: That wouldn't be legal, second, you might not be able to install such a version. Retail is key.
