How to: watch tv on my powerbook??

I'm looking to plug my powerbook into a standard uk tv wall plug. Do i have any options? Is it even possible? What is the cost?

as far I know the only way is through a product like EyeTV. I have an EyeTV 200 and it works fantastically well, though a little expensive (~$600 Australian, £219 At UK AppleStore).

standard eye tv works for £98, and lets you recieve and record freeview. it's also very small!

does that record MPEG-2 like the 200 model? coz i remember the original EyeTV recorded MPEG-4 and was just awful quality.
