Hi,
do you know an application for manage my internet connection, with a XServe and Tiger ? In my office, I share an ADSL line (8mbits/384bits), with about 20 persons. I need an application to define priorities, by protocols, by machine, etc.

Um. I know of a hardware network appliance: Packeteer will do that.

a quick google search turned up http://www.intrarts.com/throttled.html

That one is $20, a CLI only version is free.

try searching for throttle or QOS (quality of service) on mac software sites (Macupdate, osx.hpyerjeff.net, Sourceforge, etc)
