[HOWTO]- Export to Address Book 3.0.1

I am trying to export some contacts in Address Book 1.1 on an Emac running OS 10.1.5 to another Emac with Address Book 3.1.5 running OS 10.2 (but doesn't have OS 9.1 or above !?!). How do I do it? ;)

Is there any way to convert contacts in 1.1 into vcard or LDIF format?
