I have discovered that the latest nightly build of Camino will do spell checking. However the spell checking will not work on this site for some reason but it does work in the Apple Discussion boards and other Mac web sites.
The spell checking does have a small quark. After badly spelled word is underlined red you have to put the cursor in the word, then right click to get a spell suggestion. I know not up to speed but this is the cutting edge of Camino.
