HP -All in one- Priniting Problems

I just recently switched to an Intel iMac and can't get it to recognize my HP 1310 series printer.

It's connected via Airport express and shows up in the printer window but when I try and add it I get error message -9672.

I've tried everything, installing new driver, installing new HP software, trashing HP preferences, un-installing all the HP printers and then re installing. I've unplugged the printer, re set air port .. yada yada and nothing!

Running OSX 10.4.7

Any help?

Thanks,
CT

Found this, may help;

i had the same problem but with a differnet printer. there is a way to fix it that worked for me. heres what you do: go to system prefecrances and then printders and faxs then click the + sybol to add a printer. it should come up as defult printer if your running tiger. ok click the ip printer tab and where it says protocal change it top hp direct jet and in the address put in 10.0.1.1 (or what ever your ip is that is the defult) then go down to name and chnage it to what ever you want your printer to be called and then it will say generic host or something like that chnage that to hp and then find the modle of your printer f you cant find it put something that is close to it. then click add and print a test page good luck
