HP All In one Runs on start

My HP all in one director always show up in my dock (not running) when i restart/ log off. I remove the icon evertime, and everytime its there again after restart/ log off.

I have checked system prefs/ accounts/ startup items, and it is not listed as a start-up program.

How can i fix this so this icon stops showing up in my dock?
