Hp Psc 1510 Scanner Not Recognized.

Hi.

I buy a PSC 1510, but scanner is not recognized, this is found by the application of Image Zone, but apparently there is a conflict between the controllers. HP IO Classic proxy, and HP Communications.

After many problems, I manage to install all software. Unfortunately the HP people, say me that there is no solution to my problem, and that buys another model of PSC.

Have you knowledge, if somebody profit to make work your scanner?
