Just purchased a new MacBook and are trying to set up an existing printer that has a built in scanner. We've installed the OS-X driver from the HP website but when using Photoshop Elements the scanner isn't showing up as an import device. Any ideas what we need to do please?
For info, we're brand new Mac users... old hat at Microsoft and willing to learn so be gentle with us
