Html Emails

I am trying to figure out how to create an html file with pictures and links, etc. and then place it into an email, send to a large group of people and have the view see the .html. I am designer who is trying to put out a monthly
e-newsletter and I can't figure out how to make my emails look like those I have been getting from say.. Target or The Gap or whatever. Any thoughts?

I've done those before using Dreamweaver and a little script in Entourage called "Send Complex HTML with Inline Files 2004"

Or just create a page in your favorite app, then load in Safari and use the "Mail Contents of This Page" (COMMAND - I) feature.

Alternately, there are programs out there designed for that and more. Might be a waste to use them, but they exist. MailDrop is one. Do a search and you should be able to find a lot more info on the subject. Its come up many times before.
