HTML Mail App?

What's the best app to draft those html mails that you get? I'm not quite sure how you incorporate something that you make with Dreamweaver and Entourage or Mail?

Please help. ::sleepy::
 
I looked into this a few months ago and decided to just email the page. In other words it wasn't trivial and some people weren't going to be able to read HTML mail anyway, but they could read an HTMl attachment.
But I think you need to search on "embedded" with words like html and mail to get some information. Good luck
