I am having problems with Key Chain access

I never (that I know of) started a Key Chain. I get a window asking for Key Chain Access wants to use Login key chain password. I usually just cancel it and use my other passwords like login password and Mail password.
Yesterday a program I want to use wants me to sign in but wants the Key chain access password. Can't get past those windows. I tryed using my sign-in password but that doesn't work.
 
If you go to /Users/yourshortname/Library/Keychains and delete login.keychain OS X will create another one for you the next time you log in..
