I bought Illustrator 10 for 10 bucks (US)!

Is this a legal copy, or a pirated one?
Of course it is legal copy. If it is pirate I won't even want to mention it 
Getting it really is like trying to win a lottery.
I was able to talk to people who just got laid off from some graphic studio that were bankrupt and had to get rid of their assets.
Basically I went there and talk to the boss to see if they want to sell me somthing
I saw a copy of Illustrator 7, not registered. I paid him TWENTY bucks (in CDN) for this
Then I was thinking about upgrading it.....but the upgrade costs 249CDN!
Two weeks ago I was talking to a guy who works in the univeristy bookstore. He told me that Illustrator 10 academic costs $145CDN. The better part...he can help me to get it with 25% off!....so turned out $115CDN.
Before I took it I sold that Illustrator 7 to other people for $120 bucks (CDN).
So....finally I got Illustrator 10 for 15 bucks (10 US). That's it.
