I have a VCD, I'd like to read it on my Mac,

It is partially ok with VLC, but some parts do not play. And there is also some kind of html files that I can read in Safari, until I have the following message.

Did you try DVD Player to play back the VCD? I discovered some problems with vlc and some VCDs which do not appear with apples DVD Player..

The people who make VCD authoring tool iVCD, Mireth (www.mireth.com), make a VCD player called MacVCD. You might want to give it a go?
