I need to turn off al firewall software

I am trying to install pocketmacPC on my PDA , I have been told to turn off all firewall software.
When clicking on 'firewall' in -System Prefs-sharing- a dialog box tells me "Other firewall software is running on your computer"
Can anybody tell me what software may have installed Firewall software.
I am running OSX tiger.

Any internet security package, basically. Norton Internet Security? LittleSnitch? ... There are others, but I forget. You might look at what Activity Monitor tells you. Or look through the list of installed Applications in /Applications and /Applications/Utilities ... And maybe the app has a starter item in the login items of your user profile?
 
Close the sharing control panel
Open terminal
type 'sudo ipfw flush'
give your admin password when asked
type yes when asked if you are sure you want to flush
Close terminal

Then try installing.
