After re-install of snow leopard and update-I found out all of my playlists are gone from I-tunes; but I still have them in my I-pod touch. Anyone know if I can select and drag them from the I-pod Touch to the I-Tunes window and they will be in both again? I don't want to lose all of my songs-playlists in the I-pod. Or is there another way to restore everything in I-tunes and have everything okay on my I-pod?????
Thanks---Macpro Work station-OS 10.6.2-10 gig ram

I think one of the iPod rip programs you can find at most download sites might help (if you tell iTunes not to auto sync first). Did you have a backup to see if you can get that data back?

Satcomer--I had to go into time machine and there I found a "Itunes library folder"; I selected it and clicked restore; It took a couple of seconds and then it restored everything into the new Itunes. Yes I did have another backup which I found a little later. Time machine is great!!!! Thanks for your help!
