I used to be able to do this in OS 9

Of one of the very few things I miss about OS 9, I was wondering-

-What character to use to make list items appear at the bottom (in OS 9 it was a bullet-option 8)

-How to print a window

Probably should have figured this out by now, but it's truly becoming a matter of neccesity when dealing with an overwhelming amount of files.

Well, it does show you how to take a screen shot (Command-Shift-3) which you can then print via Preview.

A better way would be to press, Command-Shift-4... then, before doing anything else, press the space-bar. This turns the cursor into a camera, instead of crosshairs. Then, simply click the window you want the image of. The screen-shot will contain just the window.
