iBook G4 1.33ghz 12" Ram Question

Hey All,
I have a G4 1.33ghz 12" iBook and am looking to add a 1gb stick. I had ordered through crucial but they are now out of stock on the ram. I found this one at Tiger Direct.

I was wondering if the Timing being 2.5-4.4 is going to cause problems? And if this isn't a good stick for the iBook, what would you folks recommend?
