ibook g4 blue screen at startup

My g4 ibook gets stuck on the grey start-up screen, with the spinning wheel, and then goes to a blank blue screen.

When I try to perform a disk repair in safety mode, it gives me the following feedback:

***Checking Catalog file.
Invalid record count
(4,11)
** volume check failed.

Any suggestions?

Your hard disk FAILED!!!!!! Replace it and use your backup (now you realize your not backing up NOW) to restore your files.
