Ibook G4 Doesn't Startup

what's wrong when i push the power button and all that happens is the fan starts blowing. i have hard drive problems before but i've always been able to boot from the cd's but now it doesn't. I don't see how it can be the hard drive b/c it was replaced it may.

Here's something to try.

Did you reset your PMU?
Check this link: http://search.info.apple.com/?search=Go&lr=lang_en&kword=&q=reset pmu

Is there anything plugged in besides your power cable? If so, please remove it and try again.

Otherwise you may have a bad logic board.
