I am working on my sisters Ibook that was freezing up at startup. I have narrowed it down to a some sort of conflict with the cdrom. When I remove the cdrom the ibook works perfectly. I assumed it was a bad drive and bought another drive but it still locks up when the cdrom is hooked up.
Any thoughts?
