iCal sharing between multiple users

I have one iMac with two user accounts and want to share my iCal between users. It doesn't matter which account is master (if a master is necessary).
How do I set this up?

There are a number of utilities our there that provide you with such a service, check for "sharing calendars on OSX" in Google.

If you want to do it yourself though, it is possible but not trivial. The procedure is described here:
