ical sync problems to iphone

I have iphone 4 and latest imac/mac OS. When I sync events in my calendar are ending up 3 hours earlier on my iphone than on ical in the computer. Phone and computer both shows correct (eastern) time zone. Any idea why this would be happening? It doesn't happen on every appointment - only ones I have entered on iphone originally

Do you have "Time Zone Support" turned on in the "Mail, Contacts, Calendars" section of the "Settings" on your iPhone?
