N NewbieMac Registered Oct 3, 2006 #1 whenever I turn on the mac I have to specifically go and click the calendar so that it updates to the right date. Why wont it update automatically when I turn the computer on??

pipermalibu Registered Oct 3, 2006 #2 Are you talking about iCal? iCal default icon shows the 17th (the day it was created or released i think), that is normal behavior
