why can i not connect to my buddy tommerilion either by phone or video we managed to connect only once since then get failed to respond notice when trying to connect. Tom is able to contact father in france so trouble seems to be my end. I am relatively new to apple mac, so can not figure this out. Tom is now appearing with a telephone on my buddy list (which does not work) whereas I want video contact. Please send instructions as though I am a half wit or aged about 4 please help.
2nd Question Why can i not play CD
CD-Recordable 700mb 80 min 1X-48Xspeed MITSUMI It seems to load but does not appear on desk top is this not compatible with my mac it is a very important disc please give detailed instructions.
