I used to have no problem but now when I try to establish a 1-way video chat it fails saying that the other end failed to respond. The other end did respond and accept the call.
After this it is also impossible to establish audio chat.
Leaving both ends unchanged, audio chat works again the next day but I have the same problem with with the video and then voice chats don't work any more either!
Sounds to me like some port that does not get freed but I have tried restarting the computers on both ends following the error and it still does not work.
Suggestions?
