ichat icon

Hi,

I recntly got a mac running Jaguar. I didnt think i needed ichat so i just draged the icon, located in harddrive, applications folder to the trash and deleted it. If anyone has Jaguar, and can email the ichat icon to ace9700@hotmail.com it would be greatly appreciated.

That wasn't just the icon, it was the iChat application. Go to http://www.versiontracker.com and get Pacifist and use that to get iChat off your Jaguar CD.

thanks for the tip, do you or anyone else have this application, so i do not need to get it of the cd?

I think most everyone on the board has the application, but you will need to give us a bit more contact info first. As long as you didn't go and remove any iChat frameworks or anything, you should be fine just downloading the application.

I am sorry, i am actualy running Mac os X version 10.2.5, i got 3 cds wth the computer: Apple Hardware Test, Pawermac G4 software and a blank cd. Which of these cd's do i use and how do i get pacifist to let me install ichat. If anyone can email it to me, that would be the easiest way and would help me alot.
