For selected users, I am having difficulty making video and audio connection. I can't seem to find a pattern. Often I can connect with these people at work but not home. Or with others I can connect with at home but not at work. In some instance, I cannot connect with them, but others can.
In all cases people have broadband. Some have cable modems others have DSL. The problem is not intermittent. In other words, If I cannot connect with someone from home one day, I have no success the next day. In the end, I am not sure whether it is a matter of bandwidth, computing power or firewalls. Any guidance on how to narrow the problem would be appreciated. I am using a G4 laptop 1ghz, 1 meg of RAM.
