Ichat

When I open a new session, I can see what I am typing and sending but the response does not appear. All I see is "Message from xxxxx xxxxxx"

I upgraded my version which is now 2.1 version 153

Can anyone help me with this?

I finally called Apple because I was desparate to get iChat back. $49 later...

They instructed me to throw away all ichat preferences (com.apple.iChat.plist) and relaunch iChat. Problem solved!

Hope this helps anyone else who may have the same problem.
