Overall, not very happy with iChat. While understanding that it is a first release, it is so unstable on most machines i use. It always crashes and it seems to be very sensitive to the airport signal. if i loose strenght, it always quits or crashes.

I do have one question though. How the heck do i make a profile with iChat?

Dunno why iChat is crashy at your's, it's perfect smooth here. I'm very happy with it, as it's using very little memory.

Set your profile in the first Preferences panel called "Accounts".
 
I'm trying to make a personal profile; accessed when a user clicks "get info" on a screen name. In AIM you could add links, pics, and text. I want to be able to do this in iChat.
