iDisk -38 Error ?

Hello,

I am trying to put a jpg in my iDisk's Pictured folder. Operation cannot complete due to error -38. The picture successfully copies into the Public folder.

And HomePage insists on getting pictures out of the picture directory :-(

How do I fix this?
 
Yes, I even disconnected the 26K dial up connection, went home to a different machine on DSL and got the same error :-(
