Hey folks, a little while ago the iDisk volume on my iBook stopped updating to the server. I tried several things to get it up and running again to no avail, the last thing I tried was reinstalling OSX (Tiger for G4) to create a new iDisk volume and download my backups from the Apple server. However, the iDisk folder is not appearing on my desktop and the computer has given me the message "cannot find iDisk volume", anyone know how I can fix this problem?
My partners Macbook was able to create the iDisk volume to my account on her desktop and it works fine, also, my old iBook is still downloading Safari bookmarks and iCal events from the server ok as well, so the problem is only partial in that my personal files held in the iDisk on Apple's server are the only things not getting backed up to my comp. Is there any way I can maybe initialize a new iDisk volume myself???
