If I buy Quicktime Pro now, will it be ok to use when I get Tiger?

Basically, I wish to buy Quicktime Pro, and I am using Mac OS X 10.3.9.

Now, if I buy it, will it work for Tiger? Will it be fine, and legal, to use on Tiger?

If you buy a license for QT 7 under Panther it should also be legal and work under Tiger.

As others said, yes it will work because you are purchasing a license for QuickTime Pro 7, which is independent of the OS it runs on.

It's like purchasing a license for PhotoShop CS -- doesn't matter whether you run it under Jaguar, Panther or Tiger, it's the same license.
