If you have Tabs showing, you can drag link to an empty spot where the tabs go to open a new tab, or drag it onto an excisting tab to change the page on that tab.

Between tabbed browsing and mouse gestures, Mozilla is really making it difficult for me to use any other browser. Now if Moz could just utilize Services...
