iLife and Powerbook G4 Question

My church's choir director has decided she wants a computer.
I have sold her on Mac, and she has set her sights on a Powerbook. Originally she was going to get a 12", but she has changed her mind, and is convinced that she wants the 1GHz 15" model. I told her this was a good idea, because she doesn't need ultra portability, and I think the 15 inch screen would be better for her uses.
However, my real question is this: if she orders soon (like in the next week or so) will her Powerbook come with iLife installed? I heard something to the effect of all new Macs shipped after the 25th would come with iLife pre-installed. Is this correct?
If this isn't right, I know that her powerbook will be eligible for the $19.95 upgrade offer, but it would be nice not to have to make her pay more money that is necessary.
And yes, I know that the 15"s will probably be updated with Airport Extreme, etc. soon, but she doesn't need this, and the 1GHz has just had a price drop, so it makes sense to order now.

Thanks!

From the Apple Store page;

Your new PowerBook G4 comes loaded with iPhoto, iMovie, iTunes and iDVD (SuperDrive-equipped model only) ?

This is the iLife Suite.

But it probably will not be the major new versions. All three will be freely downloadable except iDVD.

Yes, see, that is the problem bob, Those are the iLife applications, but I'll bet that they are not the new iLife versions.
jove, I know that they can be downloaded (except for iDVD), however, she thinks that she will purchase a DV camcorder, so iDVD 3 would be a big thing (apparently). However, I don't think that $20 would be a big problem if that was really necessary.

PS, I am really jealous; except for the battery life I would give almost anything to have her computer instead of mine!

The rumor mill says Apple will release speed bumped hardware at the same time as iLife. Theory is it is the hardware that caused the delay.
