iChat. Ever since I can reach ICQ-users there, too, I don't need anything else. The ONLY thing I miss from the old ICQ-days: That I can send messages regardless whether a user's online or not. I'd love AOL to finally upgrade their network to support _that_ and invisibility. Although I guess Apple could integrate the latter without AOL's support.
