I know absolutely nothing about macs, but there is one in the classroom where I work. When we push on the button to open the cd-rom drive, it doesn't open. The drive is empty and the computer works fine otherwise.
When I look at the front of the computer, though, the drive looks like it closes about 1/4 inch inside the face of the computer. Almost like it's pushed in too far.
When school ended last spring, the drive looked like this, but it still opened and closed and ran just fine.
I think it's an OS9 because it's older, but I'm not sure. Could be an OSX.
Ideas?
