iMac DV-auto sense 240V/120V ?

My grandmother bought an iMac Sage in the UK, and wants to know if it's compatible in North America.

I assured her that it would work, with one proviso: As far as i know the iMac power supply automatically senses 120V or 240V, right?

There should be a switch at the back of the iMac near the power port.
