IMAC G4 and Appleshare IP

Has anyone connected an IMAC G4 to an Appleshare IP network?

I have a client that used ASIP and I tried connecting an IMAC G4 (9.2.2) but it does not see the network.

I connected the same G4 to my non-ASIP network and it works fine.

I have heard there may be issues with 9.2.2 compatibilty on an ASIP.

OSX and 9.2.2 work fine on AFP/IP networks. We use win2k as the server (excellent for Mac networks).
