IMac G5 possible ram failure

First time I turn my ImacG5,I insert a DVD and at 15min played of Roeg's Dont look now it freezes, need to force restart, then when I am working on mi FCP again , this time a window appears telling to restart, sometimes applications just shuts down at their own will, or no restart window and the mouse just wont move. There are days do that everything is working, very rare days.
I did a hardware test and find out a ram failure,
code error 2MEM/3/4: DIMMO/J4000
someone familiar with this
Got 2 rams of 512 each, identical, maybe it is a slot problem?

Swap the two RAM modules, then run the hardware test again. See if it reports the same chip as being failed, or the same slot as being failed. That way you'll know where it's the chip or the slot.
