iMac RAM

I recently upgraded my iMac with a 512MB module and took out the factory installed 128MB stick. I was wondering if it could be used in any other type of computer, or can it only be used in the iMac?

It is a Samsung PC100 128MB SDRAM 168-pin module and it was originally installed in an iMac DV/SE 400MHz G3.

Any computer that accepts a standard PC-100 SDRAM DIMM should be able to use it. It's not Mac-specific in any way.

Usually the logic boards that accept PII and PIII processors can use this RAM -- be careful, though, because a lot of them use PC-133 RAM, which won't accept PC-100 DIMMs.
