iMac White Screen

I updated iTunes and as usual I was asked to restart the computer, but I only got a white screen with no apple logo or anything else. I tried everything (power on/off, power cable, all shortcuts). Last but not least I tried to start with the Install CD (also using various shortcuts), but with to no avail. PLEASE HELP ME!!!

See if you can boot into Safe Boot. Also check out the Apple document Mac OS X 10.5: Troubleshooting installation, startup, and login issues. Good Luck.
