I am a new mac user. While I am using the computer I get this error message: Internet connect, could not open the communication device

Can you please tell me how to stop this error message from showing up?

Please tell us what Mac and what version of OS X are you running? Are you connected to your ISP via a cable modem, DSL or dial-up? Are you trying to connect to a wireless signal?

We just need some more information to help you.
