Just got a Sony digital camera and I'm having problems using it with iMovie and BTV in OS X (on a B&W G3 BTW). Works fine in OS 9 but not in X. At first iMovie and BTV would recognize the camera but after I disconnected and connected it again, they wouldn't. They'd just freeze or keep giving me the spinning cd. I finally got them to recognize it again after trashing prefs and restarting. But when I quit BTV or iMovie (leaving the camera connected) and then later started them again, they would just keep doing the same things I mentioned above. Any idea why this is happening? I definetly do not want to have to boot into classic every thime I want to edit a video.
